As a category manager for BP Retail UK, I found Orange Pip's negotiation course invaluable. Helen was an excellent facilitator, putting everyone at ease quickly with her funny stories, sense of humour and sheer enthusiasm for teaching others. What I liked most about the course was that there were a good mixture of useful small and large team activities and Helen created a safe space where you could try out different behaviours and techniques, and view people's reactions/impact of them in an objective way to find out the ones that worked best for you as an individual. 2 years later, I still use some of the techniques that Helen taught me in that workshop.
